Yoga with Lata
6 sessions of Yoga, Breathing and Meditation
May 12 to June 16, 2023
Fridays at 11.00 am (or 5.00 PM) – 1 hour 15 mins
Prior yoga practice is not necessary. Please come and try out these sessions that will help you connect
with your body and mind. The simple and traditional yoga asana (physical movements and postures)
will help you improve flexibility. The Pranayama (Breathing exercised will help you connect with
yourself) and Meditation will help you calm your mind and connect with your inner stillness. Lessons
shared in the class with help you Live Consciously.
It would be beneficial to commit yourself to join all 6 sessions. Classes are designed to gradually
increase the pace and build the group energy. All are welcome.
Lata Ganesh has received 400 hours of Yoga Teachers Training and has been instructing yoga classes for
over six years. Currently a teacher at the Himalayan School of Traditional Yoga, Lata will take you
through a traditional yoga practice which is about simplicity and being natural.
