1 on 1 Swimming Lesson Request Form
Thank you for choosing Hosford Swim School! To schedule 1 on 1 swimming lessons for your child, please fill out the form below and click "SUMBIT". We will contact you within two business days to finalize your registration.
  • Location: Capital City Country Club, 1601 Golf Terrace Drive, 32301
    Dates: Session 5-10 (two week sessions, M-R, 30 mins each day)
    Time: 11:30, 12:00PM (Sessions 6 - 8), 4:00PM (All sessions)
    Skill level: Beginner, Intermediate + Advanced (Must be at least 2 years of age)
    Pricing: $265/child, sibling discount ($250/child) available if 30 minute lesson is shared
NOTE: Please fill one form per child (unless they are sharing the 30 minute lesson) and one form per session if you would like to book more than one!

Forms will be responded to on a first come first serve basis. You will receive an email notification that the form has been completed, but will also receive an email from us when your spots(s) are confirmed on our roster.

Payment *
The payment of $265 for 1 on 1 Lessons with Hosford Swim School is due one week after registration is complete. If you would like to book two siblings to share a 30 minute session, the price will be $250 per child for the two week session.
