The Red Lion has been closed for some time and the owner is now offering it for sale. As it is an Asset of Community Value, this gives us the opportunity to put together a bid. This questionnaire aims to discover the support for The Red Lion as a community venture. It is important as it will help us access consultancy and funding, as well as give us information on the viability of a bid.

This questionnaire is the first step in trying to save The Red Lion. We need to know your views on what might be provided and what would receive your support. Please be as honest and realistic as possible in your answers! Your response will be treated in confidence. It is entirely anonymous, unless you wish to add your name / address at the end (which will NOT be published in the final results).

Can you help immediately by donating a few pounds today?
As you can imagine, even these initial stages incur costs, including professional valuations, a structural survey, communication and meeting costs. We estimate this could cost up to £3000. Ways to donate:
