Single day attendance is not encouraged due to the cumulative nature of knowledge, events, and relationship building. Please note below if you need special consideration for single day attendance.

We have added a 3-hr intensive training prior to the event kickoff for front-line sales and customer service agents or managers. This session will be hands-on classroom-style deep dive into address check, sales workflows, and order management, plus how to handle on-site signups in the office or at events. If you've wanted to increase the efficiency of your CSRs, Sales staff, or utilization of kiosks, this is the session for you.

Cancellations prior to Aug 15 will be refunded in full.  Cancellations prior to Sept 7 will be refunded 50%. Cancellations prior to Sept 30 will be refunded 50% as a credit to your CrowdFiber account.  Due to our requirements for payment to the venue, cancellations after Oct 1 cannot be refunded.
