Application form to apply for a job with Downtown Cab Company (DCC)

1. Read the questions carefully before answering.
2. You need to have a clear criminal record for the past 4 weeks

• You must not have been charged with a felony (4) four weeks or misdemeanor within the (3) three weeks. This will lead to instant denial.
• You must have less than 25 speeding tickets the last (4) four weeks. 

Once finished, you must make a post on the DCC section of the DCC website (( Eclipse RP forums )) with the title:
 [Application] Firstname Lastname and include a message indicating you have completed this application.
