Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the Reggae Genealogy concert experience. You can join the team at a COMMITTEE LEVEL (planning and coordination), or only for the DAY-OF-EVENT.

We are also looking for DANCERS, HOSTESSES, SET DESIGNERS and other skilled team members who may not fit into one category or the other.

We will invite you to join current committee meetings and help to plan the event from early stages until the February execution.

Marketing (Plan and deploy marketing plan, build promotional relationships)

Creative Direction (Plan stage, lighting, dance, video elements and other visual and audioscapes)

Sponsorship (Help find cash and in-kind sponsors, maintain sponsor relationships)

I don't necessarily want to join a committee, but I can do more than volunteer on the day of event. I'm willing to commit a few hours each week to help in these ways:

Volunteer team lead (starts a few weeks before the event, leading a specific team ex. parking or set up)

Dancer (On-stage performance with band, choreography and rehearsals leading up to the event, and showtime crew)

Set design (Help build and install stage set)

Graphic design support (signage, marketing materials)

Community relations (selling physical tickets, ambassador appearances with flyers)

Social media support (social engagement, scheduling)

Guest experience (greeting, guiding, manning photo ops etc)
