(1) This questionnaire  designed with the purpose of collecting data that will be used for curriculum development.
(2) The questionnaire is divided into three parts:
    Part 1: Basic information about the respondents.
    Part 2: Required characteristics and skills of Actuarial Science graduates.
    Part 3: Additional comments and suggestions on courses offered by the programme.
