Please note that all renters of Slayton House and their vendors must provide Certificates of Insurance that name Wilde Lake Community Association and Columbia Association as "Additional Insured" and include $2 million aggregate, $1 million per occurrence, and $5,000 medical expenses. More information on event insurance can be found at www.wildelake.org/rentals/event-insurance
