1.  Students are not allowed to bring boom boxes, stereos, or radios which play outloud.  Personal cdplayers, ipods, Mp3  - anything with head phones/earbuds is allowed. *

2.  Students should dress according to their school dress code.   *

3.  No drugs, alcohol, or tobacco products are to be brought to this event. *

4.  No P.D.A. (public display of affection) beyond holding hands will be allowed. *

5.  No PHOTOCOPIED music.  If you are caught with it, you are automatically disqualified.  (ArkCDA rule strictly enforced) *

6.  If you miss your try-out time you are not guaranteed a tryout slot at the end of the day.  Only in extreme, dire circumstances will you be allowed to sing at the end of the day.  Pay attention to the number announcements!  It's the students responsibility to keep up with their tryout time,  not the holding room  person. *

7.  Please respect the campus and the furnishings of Lakeside  High School.  If it's not allowed at your school, it's not allowed there either.  Please stay in the areas where you're allowed to be.  If there are no other  students there, you probably shouldn't be either. *

8.  ALWAYS and without question respect the adults in charge and obey instantly. *

9.  Only the students auditioning at the moment are allowed in the audition room.  Once your audition is complete, please return to the holding area.  The audition areas are QUIET ZONES. *

10.  Once your students have registered, they are to go to the holding area, look for the posted audition spots and be ready for numbers to be called.  Do not trade numbers, and please keep up with your numbers.  This is the only way we have of identifying you.  Each student will be asked to initial by their name when they receive their number, and again initial by their tryout number as they enter the room to audition. *

11.  No pets (cats, dogs, gerbils, etc.) are allowed on the premises other than registered service animals. *

12.  No cell phones may be in use once a student's number has been called.  Leave it with a friend, chaperone, but they must be put away/ off during the audition process. Failure to follow this rule could result in disqualification. *

By signing below, I acknowledge that I fully understand the rules/regulations surrounding the 2019 Region III All-Region Auditions and plan to behave accordingly.  Any misbehavior or failure to follow rules will result in the maximum corrective measure as allowed by Magnolia High School administrators.
