GUIDELINES:
- Registration fee is non-refundable and is due upon receiving the acceptance email.
- To secure your spot, the registration fee must be paid.
- All vendors must have their own insurance and bring their own tables and tent.
- All food vendors, once accepted, must provide a copy of their Food Service Permit from Public Health Sudbury & Districts as proof of compliance with health and safety regulations. Special Event Food Service Permit Vendor Application Package
If accepted, you will receive an acceptance email within a few weeks with a confirmation code and instructions for e-transfer payment. Your spot will be secured when payment is received. Don't forget to check your spam folder periodically for this email.
