Botanically Delicious Order Form
*Items subject to change.  Within 1 day after orders are placed, you will be sent an order/invoice for secure payment.  Payment is required before orders are processed.  Once we review your order we will send you the order confirmation with a link to the secured payment option you chose at the bottom of this form.  Pick up dishes are $11.95 each.  Once we start shipping, orders shipped will be $13.75 each.
 
Unpaid orders will be canceled after 72 hours.  Meals come in BPA-free, freezer safe and microwave safe containers.   Allow 7 days for your first order delivery.  We will contact you if your order is completed sooner.  
 
In preparation for National shipping, we no longer offer delivery.  Once orders are ready, we will arrange a picked up time/date at our commissary (Rocky Mountain Commissary, 5604 Kendall Ct, Arvada, CO 80002).  We do not accept walk-ins.  
 
All of our dishes contain ZERO added oils, very low sodium, and no added sugars.  We use organic date sugar (a whole-food) for our desserts.  Most dishes will be served over our house-blend grains* (wild rice, black rice & quinoa) and infused with our Base Spices*.

* Organic green blend: organic kale, chard & spinach.
   
* Base Spices: Unless otherwise noted, all meals purposefully include a base spice/herb blend of garlic, ginger, turmeric, black pepper (not enough to be spicy) with mustard powder added after the dishes cool.  Black pepper pairs with the turmeric to increase the curcumin benefits and mustard powder is added to activate sulforaphane in cooked cruciferous veggies.  This blend adds additional anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-viral properties to each dish.
