Student/Parent Complaint/Grievance Form
To file a complaint, every student or parent is required to fully complete the provided form. Upon submission, the form will automatically route the responses to the appropriate parties responsible for addressing the issue. Please be assured that all complaints are processed in strict adherence to Section 4.7 (Student or Parent Complaints and Concerns) of the Jubilee Academies Student Parent Handbook.
