DISC is a self-assessment test measuring how a person prefers to interact with people. It creates self awareness to better understand ourselves and others. The assessment divides people into four main behavioral styles and individuals are identified as either people or task-oriented. The styles are further broken out into reserved or active resulting in the behavioral styles called D (Dominance), I (Influence), S (Steadiness) and C (Compliance).
