Festival Map + Vendor Placement
Keep an eye on your email for notifications on the festival map, your booth placement and payment notifications. Email will be the primary method of communication.
Please note that this year the Polaris Building on 2nd Ave. will be in the process of demolition and may impact the Festival's footprint, constrain the number of vendors or locations we are able to place vendors for 2024.
Note: We cannot guarantee reserving previous booth spaces.
Food Vendors
If you are vending out of a trailer or truck we must have the exact dimensions of the trailer or truck for planning purposes. If the trailer or truck is bigger than the dimensions specified in this form you may lose your spot during the festival set-up.
All grease and waste water must be carried away from the festival grounds. Any grease stains in your area, grease left behind, or violation of waste water disposal will result in fines and jeopardize your future participation.
If you are serving food from a tent, you must have a floor to protect the pavement from grease. We recommend something non-slip like a tarp covered with cardboard boxes to absorb grease.
Please closely adhere to our noise limit restriction, food trucks that surpass our 70 decibel limit will be turned away from the festival with no refund.
