Thank you for your interest in volunteering at our first ever volunteer community event to rejuvenate the planters along Telegraph Avenue in Temescal! Get ready to restore, revamp, and plant!

Adopt-a-Planter Program.

WHEN:
Saturday, January 29th from 1PM - 4PM

WHERE:
Meet at Kasper's Plaza (4521 Telegraph Ave) at 1pm. From there, we'll divide into teams and get to work! We will also have a truck to help shuttle heavy materials around.

WHAT WE WILL DO TOGETHER:
There are 16 empty planters located on Telegraph between Macarthur BLVD and 51st St, but if there’s time/energy we can tackle more that need a little love!
We'll be putting new plants in empty pots (already filled with soil).

If there’s time/energy left:
Refresh existing plants that need more soil and plants
Separate overgrown plants and freshen up pot

WE PROVIDE:
Soil and plants

YOU BRING:
Enthusiasm, friends/family helpers, BYO gardening tools (gloves, trowels, etc.) if you can!
