地點：基督教香港信義會南昌幼稚園 (南昌邨昌頌樓地下)
目的：透過聖誕節普天同慶的日子、讓學生及社區人士感受共融的重要，一同學習關愛身邊的人
活動：繪本齊齊聽、戲劇活動、英語活動、漢娜彩繪文化體驗
對象：2-6歲幼兒 (歡迎報名及選擇時段參加，參加的家庭必須於16/12前報名)

備註：幼兒可從4個活動中選擇參加其中3個，每完成一個活動，可獲贈禮物一份(敬請自備環保袋)。

> Venue: ELCHK Nam Cheong Kindergarten (G/F, Cheong Chung House, Nam Cheong Estate)
> Aim: Let students and members in our community to feel the importance of social inclusion and learn to love people around us during the loving season of Christmas.
> Activities:
Storytelling, drama activities, English activities and Henna tattoo cultural experience
> Target audience:
Children of 2-6 years old (You are welcome to sign up and choose a timeslot. Participating families please sign up before 16th December)
> Remarks:
Children can join 3 out of the 4 activities. A gift will be distributed after the completion of each activity. (Please prepare an environmental bag)

本人及同行參與者沒有發燒、咳嗽、氣促、呼吸困難或咽喉痛等特徵，亦沒有與確診者有密切接觸，以及沒有家人被要求強制檢測(如學校有流感而需要停課及接受強制檢測)。並承諾在活動前14天內如有以上情況，將通知學校並取消參加嘉年華，以確保公眾健康。I, together with my family/friends, have not shown symptoms such as fever, cough, difficulty in breathing or sore throat, have not been in close contact with any diagnosed persons or that no family members have been asked to conduct the virus test (like suspension due to flu in school or mandatory test). We promise that if the above situations occur in 14 days before the carnival, we would notify the school and cancel our visit to the carnival for the sake of public health.
