SmartRecruitment.com Referral Program

Please fill out the following form to refer a candidate to SmartRecruitment.com. Ensure all information is accurate.  

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Fill in your name and email address, along with your referral's details. Providing a mobile number is optional.
  2. Please select the role(s) you are referring your candidate for from the Job List on this form.
  3. After submitting the form, both you and your referral will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your entry from the email listed on the Referral form.
  4. Once your referral is matched to one of our open roles, they will be contacted by a recruiter from SmartRecruitment.com to start the recruitment process.
  5. You will be notified via email if your referral is hired and successfully completes the three-month probationary period.
  6. SmartRecruitment.com will send you an email requesting your bank account information for the Referral Fee payout once your referral has successfully completed the three-month probationary period.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1.  The referral must be a new candidate to our database.
  2.  Referral fee is paid if the referred candidate is hired by a client of SmartRecruitment.com and passes the 3-month guarantee period. If employment is terminated before this, the referrer shall not be paid the referral fee as SmartRecruitment.com needs to redo the work of finding a replacement. 
  3. There are no limits to the number of referrals an individual can make, but only one referral per form is allowed. Therefore, for another referral, you will need to fill out this form again.
  4. The referrer owns referred candidates for six months after the date of referral. If the referred candidate has already been referred to SmartRecruitment.com, the reward goes to the first referrer. 
  5. Referrals must be submitted through this official Google Form.
  6. Referral payment will be made within 30 days after the referral passes the 3rd month of the probationary period. Any referral rewards not collected within 3 months shall be deemed null and void. 
  7. Taxes, if any, are the referrer's responsibility. 
  8. We will reach out to you once your referral has been submitted to provide an update, confirming if the referral is in our system and if it is counted as yours.  
  9. By participating in our referral program, you accept our terms and conditions and give us permission to store your email address, mobile number, and other information in our database.
