The Feeding Families Food Relief Program of Transformation African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church welcome you to the 2nd Annual Virtual HealthNUT Conference that will occur on Thursday, September 22, 2022, and Friday, September 23, 2022, from 9am-12pm. The event will be produced by the Star of Zion, the official communication entity of the African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church. As such, the conference will be streamed on multiple platforms on Facebook, Website and YouTube reaching 1.5 million members of the African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church and beyond.

We will provide educational opportunities where people of all ethnicities, but especially black and brown communities will learn how to eat healthier. 

OUR MISSION

​The HealthNUT Conference was an idea brought about by the need for more information on how to have and live a healthier life.  The need for access to vital health information became very apparent during the COVID-19 pandemic.  The producers of the HealthNUT Conference thought this event could be instrumental in communities in Delaware and across the nation.  Along with providing health information, the HealthNUT Conference is a fundraising effort designed to help give food relief to those in need in our communities.

​The conference will address COVID-19 vaccination hesitancy, testing and booster shots.  Additionally, it will address the health disparities in the black and brown community such as cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.
