This contract is a private agreement between the parties. Jurist promises to perform the service(s) requested as described and in a timely manner, as is expected by ARNA Aboriginal Law Firm standards, ARNA statutes, and/or agreement with Client. Jurist will receive compensation for his Labor as specified by agreement and fee schedule. Receipts will be kept of all transactions.
Refunds will be according to agreement always in an expressed manner. In the event of Jurist breach, failure, or neglect to achieve completion of his contractual duties and service(s) to Client, a refund of payments made will be returned to Client according to the percentage of service(s) executed. Client may terminate Jurist services within a reasonable timeframe, if so desired, and request a refund of compensation according to the percentage of service(s) executed. Jurist also reserves his right to terminate this contract and service(s) in the event of Client breach, failure, or neglect to perform his/her contractual duties.
Both parties agree to keep effective communication with each other and will provide all information necessary to aid Jurist in completing the service(s) for Client. In the event of a dispute between the parties, Client and Jurist agree exclusively to arbitration or trial via the ARNA Jural Society to resolve the matter.
This contract will become complete upon the satisfaction of all duties and obligations of the parties. No party may reserve any right that may create an injury to the other party or a factor inhibiting their obligations as expressed in the text of this contract.
