ATDP TA Intern Application
This form is for those who are interested in applying to be a TA intern for ATDP's online programs for 2021.

Teaching assistant interns in the Secondary Division are advanced students who demonstrate strong community involvement and academic leadership. Most are in high school or entering college, and many are concurrently enrolled as students in ATDP courses. Preference is given to prospective interns who have a good working relationship with the instructor and are aware of the particular opportunities and expectations that may arise for a TA in the class for which they are applying.

Interns are assigned to specific courses and work with ATDP teachers to build expertise in their fields and become actively involved in creating a supportive and stimulating classroom environment. They assist teachers in the running of their classrooms, helping with tasks such as scoring quizzes and tests, photocopying materials, taking attendance, maintaining the class website, and working with students in small groups. Read more about TA internships at https://atdp.berkeley.edu/opportunities/.

TA internship applications are due Wednesday, March 31 and prospective TAs will be notified about their status on or around Friday, April 23.
