Water Load Submission -  Service Hydrant 
This sheet is used to report information for Hydrant Use in the City of Red Deer. 

WEEKELY LOGS MUST BE SUBMITTED EVERY 2 WEEKS THAT THE PERMIT IS VALID AND AT THE END OF THE PERMIT DATE

A minimum of 30 m3 of usage will be charged per day if loads are not submitted every 2 weeks
