2022 Lorna Somers Legacy Giving Award of Excellence ~ Nomination Form
The Niagara Golden Horseshoe Chapter of the Canadian Association of Gift Planners invites you to send us your nomination for the prestigious Lorna Somers Legacy Giving Award of Excellence.

Do you know someone who demonstrates leadership, professionalism, or mentorship in the legacy giving field? Are you inspired by this professional's ability to motivate others to invest, through their time, gifts, and talent, in the future of our communities?

Eligibility criteria:
- Nominee must live and/or work in the Niagara Golden Horseshoe Region
- Impact of their contributions must be felt within the Niagara Golden Horseshoe Region
- Nominee does not have to be a CAGP member, and neither does the person submitting the nomination
- CAGP Executive Committee members cannot be nominated for the award
- Deadline to submit your nominations is August 31, 2022

A Selection Committee will review the nominations and information provided. The recipient will be announced by September 15, 2022.
