Culver City Rotary Community Foundation Lucky Ducky PARTNER Application
Join our efforts to support Upward Bound House and fundraise for your organization in the process. If you are a non profit 501(c)3 organization, simply complete this form, e-mail your logo and start promoting. We'll set up a fundraising page for you and send you a direct link to share. There is no limit to how much you can raise. Partners agree to split their proceeds with Culver City Rotary Community Foundation as follows:
• Under $1,000 raised, 50% remains with the Partner and 50% will support Culver City Rotary Community Foundation's campaign for Upward Bound House.
• Over $1,000 60% (of the total) remains with the Partner and 40% will support Culver City Rotary Community Foundation's campaign for Upward Bound House.

Organizations that do not have a 501(c)3 status are invited to join our efforts and raise funds on behalf of the Culver City Rotary Community Foundation's campaign for Upward Bound House.
