This application form is for individuals representing groups who are actively pursuing the establishment or development of a sustainable social enterprise. We will also consider individuals who are self-employed or unemployed, who wish to pursue social enterprise activities.

The programme leads to the award of the Advanced Diploma in Social Enterprise. The purpose of the application form is to help us in selecting the individuals who could most benefit from the Flax Trust  bursaries of up to £2,000 for the Programme, which means we need to know some things about you.
