By submitting this form, you agree that Atropos and it's core organizers for The Austen Experience are allowed to store your personal information in order to facilitate your casting for the larp, provide contact information (First name & Last name) to all the other participants, provide detailed contact information if the organizers need to reach you or for internal documentation after the event has finished. No one outside Atropos will have access to the information once the event is finished. You also agree that Atropos can store and use pictures from the larp for promotional purposes and share the pictures taken on social media platforms. If you want the information removed at any point after the event has completed, write to us and we will delete it. In the case for pictures, we will allow a screening of them before publishing. *
