This is just to keep track of whom is given access to the Crypto Dashboard I developed and to potentially inform you about future upgrades of it, if any.

I actually don't care what your name is so you can fill what you want, just note that the email address obviously has to be a valid Google address so you can actually use the Gsheet. Preferably, use a secondary Gmail account, not containing your name+firtsname.

I can just promise you that I won't spam you or process the data you submit in any other way than for my own archiving purpose and you can decide to trust me or not.
