If a cross-section team, how many students need to move from the other section, and who are they?

If approved, the students in the other section will simply go to classes in the above selected section. No official switches on Quest will be performed.

If a cross-section team, is the team flexible enough to be moved to the other section if needed?

Being more flexible would have a higher chance to get the approval for a cross-section team. This is to maintain a similar number of students for each section and balance the TAs' workload.
