Dance as Fitness
One of the latests fads for teens now is Tik Tok dances.

Dance is a great way to work on your cardio as well as a great way to adjust the level of intensity.

For example, I am uncoordinated, so I would dance slower and omit every other move if needed to adjust.

A more experienced coordinated person may do a dance a double time.
