2022-2023 APPLICATION FOR NATIVITY LUTHERAN CHURCH COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP
In order to qualify, a student must be a member of Nativity Lutheran Church and plan to attend a Lutheran college. Students may be recipients of the award for up to four years.

Completed applications and supporting documents are due by Monday, May 2nd, 2022 at 11:59:59pm.

High School seniors must submit a copy of their transcript. Current college students must submit either a record of college grades or a statement from an Academic Dean or Registrar that they are in “Good Academic Standing”.
