We will provide and pitch your tent, but please confirm that any additional furniture, PDQ devices card readers etc), props, equipment, electric generators and dressings will be provided by you/your business?

Do you currently have Public Liability insurance with a limit of indemnity of £2,000,000 or more? (if yes evidence of insurance must be provided) *
If answered no, we can supply you with a 'stool holders licence form'. This take 5 minutes to fill out and depending on your circumstances can cost anything from £15-£90 for two days cover.  We will then send your form directly to our insurer's who will then be in touch to place payment. If you do not already have insurance, you will need to cover this, please confirm you are happy with this?
