1. Please fill in this form ONLY ONCE. If you have already filled it in, but would like to make a change, email us at

2. All questions must be answered so that we can process refund applications as soon as possible.
3. Make sure that your bank details are up to date on StarRez, as this will be needed to process the refund.
4. Refunds will be provided once we have confirmed that you have vacated your room. Please note, it may take up to four weeks to process your refund.
5. If you are going to collect your belongings, this has to happen no later than 5.00 pm on April 16th otherwise all belongings will be disposed of.
6. If you are not in a position to collect your belongings, you need to let us know by April 12th and grant us permission to store those belongings for you until such a time as restrictions are relaxed and you are in a position to collect them.
