The Award Names and Description for Honors Convocation are needed in the Fall Semester.
The SSAC Departmental point person will inform each department, the deadline for this submission.

In the Spring Semester, the only permissible submission will be the names of the Recipients for the Awards that had been submitted in the Fall Semester. This is necessary for the committee to have adequate time to prepare the necessary logistics to support OAA to host the yearly Honors Convocation and celebrate the achievement of our hardworking students.
