May 8th, 9th, and 15th 2021 GSDP Training Registration Form
MindPath Care Centers' Gender and Sexuality Diversity Program will be hosting a virtual Microsoft Teams training on best practice care for queer and trans clients. This training will be held on Saturday, May 8th: 9:30 am-noon, Sunday, May 9th: 9:30 am-noon, and Saturday, May 15th: 10 am-noon. This adds up to a total of 7 NASW-approved CEUs available for attendees. Registrants must attend all three dates in order to receive CEUs and/or a certificate of completion. We are offering this training at a reduced price of $150 for MindPath affiliate therapists and all clinicians outside of MindPath. It is offered free of charge to MindPath's W2 employees as well as all LCSW-As who are employed at MindPath. We ask that any attendee who would like to receive CEUs pay $35 to cover their cost (CEU cost included in the $150 price).
