The information collected will only be used for the purposes of this project to plan the local transport and will be held solely by the team managing the work. Your e-mail address may be used to contact you once to follow up your responses but you will then be able to unsubscribe from all further communications and all data collected as part of this survey will be deleted on completion of the community transport service planning.

If you could book a community car to provide transport to any destination in the Contin, Garve, Dingwall, Marybank, Strathpeffer area paying £0.45 per mile for up to 3 adults/children including up to one child in a car seat (i.e. about £3.50 for a single journey from Contin to Dingwall) how often would you use this service per week. Trips would need to be booked at least 24 hours in advance and could be for travel at a time of your choosing between 8am and 8pm
