2023 Eating & Play Timetable Changes
Healthy eating positively influences young people’s growth and development and lifelong health and wellbeing trajectory. Healthy eating can improve student concentration, mood, memory, learning, academic performance and mental wellbeing and give them the fuel they need to thrive. To support better outcomes we are considering changes to our timetable. Like many schools do now, we are proposing the change of swapping our recess and lunch break times.
