CREATIVITY - a one-day 5Rhythms Waves workshop

In this one-day workshop taught by Accredited 5Rhythms® Waves teacher Paul, we will dive deeper into the rhythm of Chaos to find the creativity that moves within it. We will explore methods for becoming unstuck and for sparking creativity, and we'll make space to move all that arises. We’ll start with a warmup and dance two full 5Rhythms waves, with a lunch break and ample time between for sharing, reflecting, and practising what we've learned.

One of my favourite 5Rhythms teachers, Silvija Tomcik, says “Staccato in its shadow form demands that we choose one side. This or that. Like we choose sides in a war. It can turn Chaos, which is deeply creative, into its opposite – into destruction. I feel that artists, these beautiful souls who dedicate their life to art, that is how they fight – with creativity. They are trying to balance destruction with creativity.”

Paul is a member of the 5RTA. These workshop hours count towards the 5Rhythms teacher training path.
