What to Expect:
Our goal is to offer a fair and transparent process that appropriately places girls on teams where they can enjoy the sport and grow as players. Players are scored and evaluated in general categories: infield and outfield skills, throwing and catching, as well as hitting and bunting. Pitchers and catchers will have an opportunity to demonstrate their skills at the end of the tryout.

The organization will place girls on teams based on the following criteria:
1. Tryout performance (based on objective scores)
2. Participation and performance demonstrated in clinics, off-season workouts, and previous seasons (when available)
3. Experience, attitude, and willingness to be coached
4. Team needs (all positions considered)
