Thanks for your interest in the workshop with Jonáš Koukl at Fareham House in Featherston from April 20-21, 2024. Please complete a separate registration form for each drum, including additional people in the registration for the drum they will be working on (see below).
Note that I will acknowledge your registration within a few days of receiving this form, and at that time I will send you banking information for a deposit of $350 per drum. Deposits are non-refundable unless you can fill your place or it can be filled from the waiting list, because the materials will be prepared and can't be reused.
The cost for the workshop is $690 per drum, which includes the programme, meals, and accommodation for one attendee. $310 per additional person includes programme, meals, and accommodation. Day participants (no accommodation) pay $650 per drum and $270 per additional person. The meals included will be Saturday lunch and dinner and Sunday breakfast and lunch. Please bring any snacks and specialty food items you need.
Please bring scissors, sharp knives or cutters and work clothing–we will be working with wet skins. Also, I highly recommend that you do not cut your fingernails for a few days before the workshop–it will make it much easier for you to work with the materials.
