Thank you for your interest in adopting a WEACT rescue dog. We are dedicated to ensure that each dog's placement will be a forever home. We highly emphasize to potential adopters that most rescued dogs have trauma, trust/behavioral issues and some may have special needs. They will require supervision, time, patience, and TLC to adjust to their new homes. Please complete the following application as accurately as possible. You must be 25 years old or older to be considered as an adopter. If you are under 25 years old, the application must be filled out by your parents.

The adoption procedure is as follows:
1. Application submission
2. Additional written or phone interview
3. Trial adoption period for 3 weeks
4. Monitoring
5. Home-check via Zoom
6. Adoption agreement signing and adoption donation(200,000KRW)

The adoption donation covers the initial veterinary treatment fees for our rescue dogs and will go towards other dogs' rescue and treatment costs.

The ownership of this rescue dog belongs to the rescuer(WEACT) for the first six months. This is to prevent any possible abandonment of the dog. The initial animal registration will be done under WEACT's name and after six months, WEACT will transfer the animal registration ownership to the adoptive family.
