1) What is the class size?

- Teacher to student ratio is 1:4
- a maximum class size of 5

2) What time will we be meeting on the days for Experiential Learning?

The exact timing as it is dependent on the location of the outing. However, it will most likely be held between 2pm to 7pm on Saturday. Depending on the objective of learning journey and activity, it may range from 2-3 hours.

3) Who will be deciding on where the Experiential Learning Journey will be if the students are unable to come to a consensus?

We will go for majority votes. In the event that there is a tie, the teachers will decide on behalf of the Students.

4) What kind of dinner will my child be having?

The participants will be taking turns to choose the location to eat. Some examples of options would be coffeeshop, fast food restaurants and western cafes etc. In the event that your child has a specific dietary preference, we can arrange for your child to choose to have a small snack (example french fries / drink) together with friends instead.

On the days of the Experiential Learning Journeys, a budget will be given to each student to buy their own snacks so that they can practise their money skills. In the event that the student wants to get more, he/she may bring along additional money to get their own snack.

If your child has food restrictions, parents are strongly encouraged to pack a small snack in the event that there is no availability of food that your child could consume.

5) Will my child be learning all the learning objectives listed above?

The learning of your child will be individualised. He/she will be learning at his/her level but within the scope of the learning objective above. An IEP will be designed and discussed with parents after 3 sessions of the programmes.

6) My child is a non-reader, can he/she still participate in the programme?

This program requires basic literacy and reading skills. Please feel free to contact us for further discussion.

7) When is the deadline for registration?

Registration will close either 3 weeks after the commencement of the programme (cost of programme will be pro-rated) or when the class size is full.

8) Can I get a refund if I want to pull my child out of the programme?

It will be a case-by-case basis. Generally, the first month's fee is non-refundable. The team would discuss the needs of your child and agree on a plan that has the least disruption for your child. Any withdrawal from the programme needs to be notified in writing to admin@clicksped.sg., at least one month prior to the withdrawal.
