Members of the Board of Directors are responsible for administering the Foundation’s fundraising activities and determining the allocation of those funds.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Active participation in meetings and events
Act as a representative in promoting the Foundation’s mission and goals
Ensure appropriate compliance with all laws governing 501(c)3 organizations
Ensure actions of the Board are consistent with the Foundation’s Bylaws
Demonstrate a desire to support children and youth with disabilities
