C-WC Unit #5 District Survey for 2nd Quarter Instruction

Please complete one form for each student that you have enrolled by October 1, 2020.

The first quarter for the Carmi-White County Unit #5 School District ends on October 16th. In order to plan for the second quarter, we are asking parents to pick their second quarter instructional option for their student(s) at this time.

In-person instruction is highly encouraged. Please check your student's current grades before making this decision. The district is very concerned that many students who have chosen the remote option are not engaging and are at risk of failing. This could result in grade level retention and/lack of high school credits towards graduation. Remote learning is rigorous, time consuming, and assignments are graded. If you choose the remote option, you will be asked to stay in this setting until December 18th.
