July 11-13, 2022 from 9AM-12PM
Please complete all sections to ensure that your student is fully registered. Complete a separate form for each student you will be registering. Parent/Guardian will be asked to complete additional forms the morning of registration. All participating partners will be held harmless and will require photo release forms to be completed the first morning of the camps. Only 25 students per grade band will be selected to attend, the first 25 students to register will be selected and notified by July 1, 2022.
