This entry form is for the filling of information by the Applicant/Project Leader who will represent their Project for the Malaysia GPM Sustainability Awards 2023. The Award Certificate is issued by GPM Global (USA) under the administrative management of Sustainable Business Network Association Malaysia (SustNET).

SustNET as the organizer of Malaysia GPM Sustainability Awards 2023 would like to invite Colleges and Polytechnics  to participate in the Malaysia GPM Sustainability Awards for the year 2023.


Application
- Participants are required to prepare their presentation either via video presentation (20 mins) or via online presentation (20 mins).

Participants are required to register first in the Google Form below and understand the terms and conditions for application.

To complete the filling of project information, supporting documents are required for the purpose of making the project name shortlisted. Documents such as video link must be sent to admin@sustainable-business.net and write the Name "Project Title" in the email.

If your application is under 2nd review, the Applicant or Project Leader will be invited to make their Project Presentation online to the judges or assessors.

The following is the information that needs to be filled in by the Group Leader or Project Leader before the shortlisting process.

Application opens on 1st June 2023. Final date for receiving application is latest 31st August 2023.
