Hello Families, I hope you are all healthy and safe and looking forward to your summer time off. Please read all the information contained in this document. Please do not rush to submit the form before reading it through. I will make every effort to give you the class of your choice.
You must complete a Registration Form for each child you are enrolling in the the fall Faith Formation Program or the 8th Grade Confirmation Preparatory Program.

REGISTRATION PERIOD: Wednesday, May 18th through Wednesday, June 1st.

WEEKLY FAITH FORMATION PROGRAM DETAILS: The 1-1/4 hour classes will be offered on Monday or Tuesday according to the revised schedule below. There will be 25 weekly sessions between September 12th and April 4th according to the calendar which will be posted in your child's new Google Classroom that you will join after you receive your Confirmation Letter.
CLASS PLACEMENT: Children of volunteers will be placed in a class first, provided they have completed their 2021/22 work, then classes will be populated with the students who have completed their 2021-22 work. Registration Forms received from families still owing work will be held until work is complete. Please refer to the updates "Work Status Spreadsheet" in Google Classroom Stream and "Printable PDFs of Assessments" under Assessment Instructions in Google Classroom Classwork for important instructions on how to complete outstanding work at this late date.

Monday
Early Session -- Grades 1 to 4 -- 4:30 to 5:45 p.m.
Late Session -- Grades 5 to 8 -- 6:30 to 7:45 p.m.
Tuesday - **Note Time Change**
Early Session -- Grades 1 to 4 -- 5:00 to 6:15 p. m.
Late Session -- Grades 5 to 8 -- 7:00 to 8:15 p. m.
I will make every effort to give each family placement in their class of choice, however that depends largely on the number of Catechist volunteers we receive.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED for ALL GRADES
We are required by the diocese to have 2 adults in each classroom, a Catechist and an Aide or Co-Catechists.
Classes will be held to 10 children per class. We can only offer as many classes as we have adult volunteers for, so please consider teaching your children. Adult Catechist and Aide Volunteers receive Tuition discounts - click the link below to learn more.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION & TUITION: After registration approval you will receive a Registration Confirmation & Tuition Letter. The letter will be emailed to the email address you supply in this registration form. Do not pay tuition until you receive my Confirmation Letter. Payment is due by June 22nd.
