This is the team registration form for the annual Labor Day Baseball Classic tournament; brought to you by the CMABL, Inc. and benefiting the mitchellhashfoundation.com.

Only Team Managers should fill out this form. Payment via check or Venmo of at least a $400 deposit toward the $1,200 total team fee is required upon submission of this form (plus $25 per player over 15 on a roster). The total team fee must be paid in full via check or Venmo by August 20th.

Registered teams will have preferential scheduling based on a first-to-pay-in-full basis.
