Those who are submitting full papers kindly requested to fill in the from which evaluate the suitability of the paper for publishing in “Annals of the Sri Lanka Department of Agriculture 2023", the scientific journal of the Department of Agriculture. 

On a numerical scale of 1 to 5, where 5 represents an absolute reason to accept the paper while 1 been an absolute reason to reject the paper, please rank the article with your self-evaluation.
