Central Rivers AEA All Agency Math Bee 2021
Please fill out the following registration information for each team.  The Math Bee is open to only 6th grade students and will be hosted VIRTUALLY this year.

Please note how many teams your school is allowed to bring:
      Cedar Falls,  Mason City, Marshalltown, and Waterloo can bring a maximum of 3 teams,  plus 2 additional individual students      
      Charles City, Grinnell-Newburg, Independence, Waverly-Shell Rock can bring a maximum of 2 teams,  plus 2 additional individual students
       All other public and parochial schools can bring 1 team, plus 2 additional individual students

Each team can have a maximum of 4 students but must have a minimum of 3 students to compete as a team.  

If you have more than one team, you will have the option to complete the form again in the confirmation page.

Fee is $12 for each team and $3 for each individual.  Please submit your payment to Barb Schroeder at Central Rivers AEA, 1521 Technology Parkway, Cedar Falls, IA 50613

The Central Rivers AEA Math Bee will be held May 3rd, 2021 virtually.

**Please note that we can only accommodate 40 teams at the Math Bee.  Registration for the Math Bee will close when we reach 40 teams, or 2 weeks prior to the competition date - whichever occurs first.**

The maximum number of members per team is 4, minimum is 3.  If you leave any of the lines below blank, please put N/A in the text box.  If you do not know the names of the team or students at the time of registration, you many enter placeholders such as "Team Name"  "Student 1" etc.  You will be asked to submit the names of your team and students 2 weeks prior to the competition date to allow us time to create and print the name tags, team signs, and certificates.

Each district may elect to bring 2 additional students to compete as individuals, or if team member(s) are ill on the day of the competition, may join the team to compete.   If you are submitting more than one team, you can only bring 2 individual students so please only enter their names on one of your submissions. If you are choosing to not bring any additional individuals, or if you are submitting more than one team and already entered your individual student names, please enter N/A.
