MHS PTO Membership Form
MHS PTO is committed to providing our students, teachers, staff, and parents with scholarships, grants, and activities that enhance the educational experience at MHS. We support these programs with funds from membership dues, donations, the PTO store (the "Roar Store"), and football concession sales.

Payment Information. Your annual dues are $15 per family. However, we welcome monetary donations, if you'd like to give more.
