Survey Medical Gaslighting for HCPs

From a patient perspective medical gaslighting is:

  1. Having your symptoms or concerns be dismissed or ignored without cause.

  2. Feeling as if your healthcare provider is blaming you.

  3. Your symptoms are written off as being normal without explanation.

A good article on the issue is one published in the New York Times or the newsletter on the problem in people with MS done via MS Selfie

Have you ever personally witnessed or been exposed to medical gaslighting in relation to multiple sclerosis clinical practice? *
Please note this survey is not necessarily about your own practice as a HCP, but also refers to any of your colleagues who are involved in the care of patients with MS.
